Herb Alley Suite

Named after the original owner of the Inn, Herb Alley, a pioneer, prominent member of the National Audubon Society and noted environmentalist that helped establish the John Pennekamp State Coral Reef State Park. This suite is located on the ground floor of the lodge in the original building built by Alley. The large outdoor private covered deck sits steps from the beach and all the amenities the resort has to offer.  The interior of the suite has a separate bedroom and living area with large glass French doors that bring the beauty of the beach, tropical foliage, and sunsets into the room. The living area has comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV, table with two chairs, minifridge, microwave, and Keurig. The bedroom area offers a pillow-top King bed, large flat-screen TV, and a desk area. The well-appointed master bathroom has a shower with a separate dressing and vanity area. Without question, Herb's favorite place in the suite would be on the generous private covered patio area sitting in one of the 2 comfortable Adirondacks or table with 4 chairs soaking up the spectacular views of the Florida Bay and unforgettable sunsets through the lush tropical landscaping.
