The Marine Loft is a unique upstairs 1 bedroom/1 bath efficiency residence that accommodates 2 people. The large king bedroom and sitting area has comfortable seating, a large flatscreen TV, a kitchenette with sink, convection microwave oven, cooktop, fridge, and a brand new large ensuite bathroom with a separate free-standing tub, large shower, washer and dryer. What makes the Loft so unique is the rooftop deck with a gas firepit, Adirondack chairs, gas BBQ grill, fridge & sink, lounge chair with umbrella, and dining table with chairs. We affectionately call the upper deck “Vesuvius” named after a famous rooftop bar in Carmel, California where guests can enjoy the cool tropical breezes while gazing at the stars. The Loft has ample parking and upon request parking for your boat and trailer.
The Marine Loft is available for extended stays of at least 28 days for up to 2 guests or can be combined with The Marine House or any available monthly rental to accommodate larger groups.
